And I want to help you reclaim your health and have a sense of ease and enjoyment when it comes to what you eat and how you move your body. Now is the time to take charge of your life and your health, and I’m here to help you transform from struggling to thriving.
I offer an 8 week, one on one program, that is tailored specifically just to YOU. This is not an all or nothing program; it’s the opposite of most of the programs and diet plans that you’ll encounter. I don’t believe lasting, sustainable change happens from a place of restriction, starvation or extreme fitness.
The program takes things step-by-step, where we build on a foundation from week to week. The program focuses on three key areas: the food you eat, the way you move your body, and your mental well-being. Together, we will implement a comprehensive but easy-to-follow program, customized for you and your busy life. You will learn how to incorporate fun and enjoyable new habits; things you’ll want to keep doing. My goal is for you to build a sustainable healthy relationship with your food, weight and health.
We will also dive deep: we will examine the way you think about your body and your health while actively working to letting go of any feelings of shame, self-blame or other negative emotions. These emotions are unhelpful and counter-productive, and I’m here to help you stop feeling that way.
By the end of the program, you’ll realize that good health doesn’t need to be a Herculean task. In fact, it can be easier than what you were doing before. And fun, too! (Yes, really!) I’m here to be your champion, your personal cheerleader to a healthier life.

Who is this program NOT for?
You want to lose a lot of weight in a short time. I strongly believe that’s not a healthy approach, and that’s not what you will experience in this program. There will be slow and steady weight loss as the side effect of actually understanding the root causes of your struggles with weight, food and health.
You want a program that counts calories and is focused on the numbers. Not all calories, or foods, are created equal. I want you to eat food that nourishes your mind and body, that are nutrient-dense and super delicious. I don’t care that avocado has a lot of calories, that’s not the point of eating avocado. Besides, avocados are too delicious not to eat them!
If you’re not ready to commit fully. I’m here to be your coach, your support system and your accountability. But you need to put in the work – to put yourself first and to commit to being open, digging deep and diving into this journey towards a healthier you wholeheartedly.
